Disclosure of annual report
Nasdaq Copenhagen has reprimanded Haldor Topsøe A/S that the annual report had not been published as soon as possible.

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the exchange publish decisions concerning a reprimand or a fine, with the identity of the issuer. This is stated in rule 7.2 in First North Bond Market Rulebook.
