Klövern acquires properties for SEK 160 million and divests for SEK 78 million


In four separate transactions Klövern has acquired four properties in Gothenburg, Örebro and Lund for a total of SEK 160 million.

The properties have a combined lettable area of around 14,300 sq. m. of which the majority is office premises. The rental contracts have a remaining average duration of around 6 years.

Transfer of possession of the property Rivan 1 in Lund took place on 30 April. In Gothenburg, transfer of possession of Sävenäs 170:12 was on 2 June whereas transfer of possession of Gastuben 3, which is acquired in corporate form, is on 3 June. The acquired company has signed a contract with the construction company Wästbygg regarding development of Gastuben 3 into a new head office of Santa Maria with moving-in scheduled for February 2016. Transfer of possession of Bageriet 2, a centrally located hotel property in Örebro, will be on 1 September.

In three separate transactions Klövern has also divested five properties in Eslöv, Katrineholm and Linköping for a total of SEK 78 million. Transfer of possession of the properties in Eslöv took place on 1 April, transfer of possession of the property in Katrineholm was on 28 May and transfer of possession of the properties in Linköping will be on 1 July. After these transactions Klövern no longer has any properties in Eslöv and Katrineholm.
