Magnus Jacobson leaves Hufvudstaden

Magnus Jacobson, CFO and a member of the Group Management of Hufvudstaden AB
since 2002, has decided to leave the company to take up the position of CFO at
Norrporten. Magnus Jacobson has a six-month period of notice and the process of
recruiting a successor has commenced.

"Magnus Jacobson has contributed for many years to Hufvudstaden’s excellent
growth and development and I wish him good luck going forward" says Ivo Stopner,
President of Hufvudstaden.
