Through the implementation period of the tender offer Company Group „ALITA“, AB bought-up 90 652 ordinary registered shares of AB „ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS“, with nominal value of EUR 0,29 each (ISIN code LT0000112773), which represent 0,45 percent of voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders of the company.
