COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
Today, IC Group signed an agreement with Øens Invest ApS for the sale of the
Group’s property at Raffinaderivej 10, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark, at a total
price of DKK 150 million.
The Group’s mortgage loan on the property in the amount of DKK 140 million
forms part of the transaction. Transfer of the property will take no later than
1 January 2016. The Group expects the impact of the sale on the Group’s
earnings and cash flow to be positively insignificant.
As a result of the sale, IC Group will now be looking to relocate to a much
smaller property in the Copenhagen area during the first half of 2016. The
agreement with Øens Invest ApS includes an opportunity for the Group to rent
office space at the property up until 31 December 2016.
