Statement of leading employees’ transactions in NORDEN shares and related securities
As stated in NORDEN’s annual report of 4 March 2015, Jan Rindbo has, as part of his appointment as CEO, been offered NORDEN shares at a value of DKK 1,000,000 in each of the years 2015-2017. The number of shares allotted in 2015 is calculated on the basis of the market price (average all transactions) when Jan Rindbo took office on 30 April 2015.
