Distribution of extraordinary dividends
Today, Auriga’s Board of Directors has decided to distribute a total amount of DKK 8,236,500,000, equivalent to DKK 323 per share, as an extraordinary dividend to the company’s shareholders, pursuant to the authorization granted to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2015. Reference is made to company announcement no. 9/2015 of April 30, 2015.
The last day of trading of Auriga-shares with entitlement to dividend is today. Hence, from tomorrow, June 12, 2015, Auriga-shares will be traded without entitlement to dividends.
It is expected, that the dividends will be paid to the shareholders on June 16, 2015.
Any remaining amount will be distributed at a later stage. The remaining amount is now expected to be DKK 2-2.5 per share against the previous outlook of about DKK 2 per share. More information in this respect will be communicated later in 2015.
