Major shareholder announcement

Valby, Denmark, 14 June 2015 - H. Lundbeck A/S (Lundbeck) today announced that pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act it is hereby announced that Wellington Management Group LLP has reduced its indirect ownership share in Lundbeck to below 5% of the share capital and voting rights in the company.
