Vostok New Ventures Ltd (”Vostok New Ventures” or the "Company"), formerly Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd, today announces that the Company’s change of name as resolved by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on May 20, 2015 has been registered and that as of today, June 15, 2015 the Swedish depository receipts of the Company will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm under its new name Vostok New Ventures Ltd and short name VNV SDB.
