The Extraordinary General Meeting of Citycon Oyj held on June 15, 2015 approved a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to subscribe to one (1) new share for two (2) shares held. The subscription price has been set to EUR 2,05 per share. The scheduled ex-date is June 16, 2015.
NASDAQ Global Index Group will act and adjust CTY1S in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” version 2.2, rule 5.3.
