JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība” has received notification on 16th June, 2015 from Uldis Mierkalns on the gaining indirect significant shareholding in JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība”(see attached).
According to this notification Uldis Mierkalns has indirect participation with SIA “PATA AB” increased to 15.88 %, totaling indirect holding 87.47 % of JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība" shares.
