Transmode appoints acting Chief Financial Officer


Stockholm, Sweden - 18th June 2015 - Transmode, a global supplier of packet optical networking solutions, today announced the appointment of Hassan Tabrizi as its acting Chief Financial Officer. Mr Tabrizi will be part of the company's management team and will report to CEO Karl Thedéen. Mr Tabrizi takes up the position in July.

Hassan Tabrizi succeeds Johan Wilsby who will leave Transmode following the publication of the Interim Report on July 16th, as previously announced in the first Interim Report in April.

Hassan Tabrizi joins Transmode from Birdstep Technology ASA where he was most recently acting Chief Financial Officer. Mr Tabrizi has 20 years of international experience from various managerial and financial positions in companies such as Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd, Tele Office AB, Connecta AB, Axfood AB, SmartTrust Group and Giesecke & Devrient Group.
