Lithuanian apartment project development company UAB Merko Bustas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of an apartment building, located in the city centre of Vilnius at Krokuvos 73. Six-storey building with 98 apartments will be in the in the area of key Vilnius business district around the Konstitucijos Avenue, where several office buildings are being built and thousands of working places created.
Krokuvos 73 (www.krokuvos73.lt) building has 98 1-5-roomed apartments with sizes between 30-105 square metres. Each apartment of the energy efficient building is equipped with air-recuperation system, which provides each apartment fresh air and ensures inconspicuous air distribution in all rooms. The privacy is added by separate entrances to the building, well-isolated walls, spacious balconies and closed yard with safety cameras. The parking spaces and special storage places for bikes are located on the underground floor of the building, which is also safeguarded with cameras. The price per square meter of the apartments starts from 1580 euros.
The construction of Krokuvos 73 will start in July 2015 and the building is due to be completed in July 2016. The gross area of the building is approximately 8,300 m².
