ÅF acquires L.E.B Consult AB. The acquisition strengthens ÅF's client offering of installation planning in hospitals and other complex buildings.

"L.E.B will further improve our successful operation within the property sector, both when it comes to clients, competences and geographical presence" says Björn Qvist, head of business area Buildings in ÅF's Infrastructure Division. Together we will be about 800 highly qualified employees working with energy efficiency and smart solutions in buildings.

L.E.B was founded in 1962 and has about 50 employees in Stockholm, Eskilstuna and Linköping. The company offers qualified services within HVAC-planning and energy efficiency in complex buildings such as hospitals, cultural heritage buildings, laboratories and educational facilities, vehicle and passenger terminals, industrial plants and defense facilities. L.E.B sales during the financial year ended in April 2015 totalled approximately SEK 60 million, with healthy profitability.

- Together with ÅF we will be a larger and stronger supplier that will be able to take on larger commitments. We know that this is what our clients want, says Lars Mohlin CEO of L.E.B.

L.E.B's operations will be part of business area Buildings within the Infrastructure Division, under the management of Björn Qvist.
