Carlsberg Breweries A/S – Changes to the Supervisory Board of Carlsberg Breweries A/S.

On 25 June 2015 Carlsberg Breweries A/S held an extraordinary General Meeting.

The General Meeting confirmed that Jørgen Buhl Rasmussen stepped down as member of the Supervisory Board and, as proposed by the Supervisory Board, Cornelis (“Cees”) Christaan ‘t Hart was elected as new member of the Supervisory Board.

Cees ‘t Hart, Dutch, joined as CEO for Carlsberg Group on 15 June 2015. Until then he was the CEO of Royal FrieslandCampina (since 2008). Prior to joining Royal FrieslandCampina, Cees had a 25 year international career at Unilever across Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia. His last position at Unilever was as a member of the Europe Executive Board. Further, Cees is member of the supervisory board of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
