Organisational changes at Alma Media; Group Executive Team member Minna Nissinen to leave the company on 26 June 2015

ORGANISATIONAL CHANGES AT ALMA MEDIA; GROUP EXECUTIVE TEAM MEMBER MINNA NISSINEN
TO LEAVE THE COMPANY ON 26 JUNE 2015

Alma Media has decided to implement certain organisational changes pertaining to
the Group’s digital functions and digital advertising sales as well as sales
support functions, as well as transfer certain low-revenue digital consumer
services from the Alma Diverso business unit to other business units. These
organisational changes will take effect on 1 August 2015. As a result of the
changes, the Alma Diverso unit will be discontinued. The changes will not have
any impact on the number of personnel.

In conjunction with the changes, Minna Nissinen, a member of Alma Media’s Group
Executive Team and the executive responsible for Alma Diverso, will resign and
leave the company on 26 June 2015.

The changes will not have a direct impact on the key figures for Alma Media’s
reporting segments.
