Announcement in accordance with the Danish Statutory Order on Issuers' Disclosure Obligations
With reference to company announcement no. 12/2015, Auriga is, under Section 6 of the Danish Statutory Order on Issuers' Disclosure Obligations, required to publish the company's total share capital and total number of voting rights as per the end of each calendar month in which changes in the share capital or voting rights have occurred.
Auriga’s capital reduction was completed and published in the electronic information system of the Danish Business Authority on June 3, 2015. As of June 30, 2015, the company's total share capital and total number of voting rights amount to:
Share capital (nominal): DKK 5,100,000 distributed on Class A shares of nominally DKK
1,500,000 and Class B shares of nominally DKK 3,600,000 shares
with a nominal value of DKK 0.2.
Number of voting rights: 93,000,000.
The total number of shares and votes was not affected by the capital reduction.
