Share capital and number of voting rights
At Scandinavian Private Equity A/S' (SPEAS's) Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2015, it was decided to decrease the share capital by cancelling the Company's holding of treasury shares. Today, the capital decrease was concluded and registered at the Danish Business Authority.
Pursuant to section 6 of Executive Order no. 1442 on Issuers' Disclosure Obligations, SPEAS announces that the total nominal value of the Company's share capital today is DKK 434,860,000 divided between 43,486 shares of DKK 10,000 each.
