BETSSON AB - Change in number of shares and redemption of shares


According to the listing rules and the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980) regarding trade with financial instruments, all companies whose shares are quoted on a regulated market are to make public notification of any increase or decrease in the number of shares or in the number of votes on the last trading day of the month.

Pursuant to the execution of the incentive scheme for key employees resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting held 19 August 2013, 5,268 Class C shares of the company’s own holdings has now been converted to Class B shares and transferred to the option holders.

With record date 11 June 2015, all outstanding redemption shares, 5,420,000 IL A, 40,620,529 IL B, and 498,998 IL C were withdrawn, and thereby on 16 June 2015, 11.94 per share, a total of 549.4 million were distributed to Betsson's shareholders.

After these actions, the new number of shares is thereby 16,260,000 Class A shares, 121,866,855 Class B shares and 1,491,726 Class C shares. Ordinary shares of the company’s own holdings amounts to 1,173 Class B shares and 1,491,726 Class C shares. The total number of votes amounts to 285,958,581.
