Opus Group has per July 1, 2015, completed the divestment of Opus Equipment to
MECA Scandinavia AB, a subsidiary of Mekonomen Group.
The purchase price on a debt free basis amounts to approximately SEK 51 million
and is paid in cash. The final purchase price will be determined within 30 days
when the balance sheet of Opus Equipment as of July 1, 2015 has been prepared.
