Amended Articles of Association of City Service AB have been registered after the increase of the authorised capital of the company

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-07-01 17:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City Service AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs that on 1 July 2015 the amended Articles of Association of the Company were registered with the Register of Legal Persons after the increase of the authorised capital of the Company up to EUR 9,483,000 and the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania announced a stock event regarding registration of the increase of the nominal value of Company’s shares (from EUR 0.29 till EUR 0.30). Taking into consideration the aforementioned, on 3 July 2015 the indicated increase of the nominal value of shares should be registered with the depository.
