The shareholder of PK Hotel Management Services Gmbh, who is the operator of the PK Parkhotel Kurhaus hotel located in German city of Bad Kreuznach, decided on 01.07.2015 to make changes to the management board of PK Hotel Management Services Gmbh. Ervin Nurmela was recalled from the management board as per his request and Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi and Allan Remmelkoor, who are also the management board members of AS Pro Kapital Grupp, where elected as new management board members. The reason of changing the management board is the redistribution of duties inside Pro Kapital.
