Orava Residential REIT (Business ID: 2382127-4) has received on 2 July 2015 a disclosure under chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which, the holdings of Maakunnan Asunnot Oy has exceeded the 5 per cent limit of Orava Residential REIT's shares.
According to the disclosure, Maakunnan Asunnot Oy holds 436,640 Orava Residential REIT's shares, representing 5.6 per cent of Orava Residential REIT's shares and votes.
The change is a result of Maakunnan Asunnot Oy subscribing for shares in Orava Residential REIT's directed share issue on 29 June 2015.
The proportions were calculated in relation to the number of 7 823 456 shares and related votes to be registered. The Company has one series of shares and each share entitles to one vote.
