ChinaCache Adds Photo Sharing Social App Topit.me to Growing Roster of MPlus Clients

("ChinaCache" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:CCIH), the leading total solutions provider of Internet content and application delivery services in China, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to provide Topit.me with its new mobile Internet solution, MPlus. Topit.me is an emerging photo sharing social App with more than 6 million registered users in China.

ChinaCache MPlus will support Topit.me with intelligent caching and optimization services for content, uplink transmission and protocol. In addition, ChinaCache will implement new mobile technologies, including intelligent identification and Internet content automatic adaptation for mobile devices, to increase access speed for Topit.me's mobile users, while reducing data usage.
