THE FINNISH FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY HAS TODAY APPROVED THE AMENDMENT OF THE PROSPECTUS OF ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT PLC
The Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the amendment of the company's prospectus.
It is communicated in the prospectus that the trading of a total of 937,664 shares is estimated to start on 3 July 2015. The company has filed an application for listing 869 218 shares with the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The trading is estimated to start on 6 July 2015. An application of the total of 68,446 shares allocated to Suomen Vuokrakodit Oy is estimated to be filed on 15 July 2015 or 31 July 2015 at the latest.
