On 2 July 2015 the amended Charter of Šiaulių Bankas AB was registered at the Registry of Legal Entities. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22 June 2015 decided to amend the Charter. The amendments are as follows: an item defining the right of the Meeting of Shareholders to approve terms of reorganization or demerge was adjusted to meet the valid provision of the Law on Companies and it was refused to publish the notifications of the bank in the daily newspaper "Lietuvos rytas".
