NASDAQ STOCKHOLM WELCOMES BONÄSUDDEN TO FIRST NORTH


Stockholm, July 3, 2015 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in Bonäsudden Holding AB’s shares (short name: BONAS) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. Bonäsudden belongs to the Financial sector and is the 63rd company to list at Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2015.

Bonäsudden Holding is the parent company of Bonäsudden Fastighets AB, a recently established real estate company managed by Pareto Business Management AB and Fastighetspartner P&E AB. The portfolio includes approximately 36,000 square meters, spread across 20 buildings in the greater Linköping area. Public tenants (municipalities and county councils) represents 37 percent of the rental revenues, whereas 55 percent comes from the portfolio’s 327 rental apartments.
