| The notification is submitted by (i) Nordic Capital VI Limited, which is General Partner to Nordic Capital VI Alpha, L.P. and Nordic Capital VI Beta, L.P., on behalf of itself, and on behalf of NC VI Limited and Nordic Industries Limited; (ii) Apax Europe VI GP Co. Limited, which is General Partner to Apax Europe VI GP L.P. Inc., which is General Partner to Apax Europe VI-A, L.P. and Apax Europe VI-1, L.P., on behalf of itself, and on behalf of Apax Europe VI GP L.P. Inc.; (iii) Apax Partners Europe Managers Limited, which is Discretionary Investment Manager for Apax Capio Syndication Partners (Guernsey) L.P., on behalf of itself; (iv) Apax Partners S.A., which is the Management Company of Apax France VII FPCI and the Manager for Capri S.C., on behalf of itself and on behalf of Capri S.C.; (v) Altamir Gérance S.A., which is the Managing General Partner for Altamir S.C.A., on behalf of itself and on behalf of Altamir; and each of (i) to (v) above also on behalf of Cidra S.à r.l., Cidra Holding S.à r.l., Ygeia TopHolding AB and Ygeia Equity AB. Ygeia Equity AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ygeia TopHolding AB, which in turn in a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cidra Holding S.à r.l., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cidra S.à r.l. The parties (i) to (v) above own shares in Cidra S.à r.l, but none of them is a parent company of, or controls alone, Cidra S.à r.l. The parties above have entered into a shareholders’ agreement in respect of the shareholding in Capio. Ygeia Equity AB has on 2 July 2015 sold and lent shares in Capio. Following the transactions Ygeia Equity AB holds 85,876,564 shares and votes in Capio. As a result of the transactions and the shareholders’ agreement, the indirect holdings of Ygeia Equity AB’s parent companies as described above correspond to 85,876,564 shares and votes in Capio.
