Helsinki, Finland, 2015-07-03 14:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- QPR Software has been informed that the City of Helsinki, the capital of Finland, has on 2 July 2015 made a new decision to approve QPR Software´s offer for delivering process and enterprise architecture tool as a service. The value of the entire four year agreement period is EUR 1.5 million. The purchase agreement can be signed between the parties not earlier than 21 days after all the providers have been notified of this decision and the appeal instructions.
QPR has earlier issued stock exchange releases (on 22 April, 7 May and 11 May and 12 June 2015) on the City´s earlier approval of the same offer, claims for correction made by the competitor and the City´s decision to return the case to the City´s sourcing unit for further preparation.
