JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība” has received notification on 03th July, 2015 from SIA “PATA AB” on the gaining direct significant shareholding in JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība”(see attached).
According to this notification on 28th May, 2015 SIA “PATA AB” has direct participation totaling direct holding 15.88 % of JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība" shares.
