NASDAQ HELSINKI WELCOMES KOTIPIZZA GROUP


July 7, 2015 - Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announced that trading in Kotipizza Group shares (short name: PIZZA) commenced today on the main market of Nasdaq Helsinki. Kotipizza Group is a Small Cap company within the sector Consumer Services.

Kotipizza is a Finnish pizza chain, which was founded in 1987. It has 261 restaurants at the moment. In 2014 the sales of Kotipizza restaurants was 70.2 million euros. More than 99 percent of Finland’s Kotipizza restaurants are run by independent franchisees. Kotipizza Group Oyj consists of Helsinki Foodstock Oy and Kotipizza Oyj.
