TRIBONA HAS SIGNED A NEW 10 YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT COVERING 4 150 SQ.M. IN THE PROPERTY TÅGARP 16:17 IN BURLÖV.
The lease agreement starts 1 February 2016 and extends to 31 January 2026. The rental value is approximately SEK 31m. In connection with the lease, investments will be made in a new refrigeration system and renovation of office.
