1. On 02 July 2015 Select Equity GP, LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA has
notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 30 June 2015 its voting
rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the threshold of
3% and amounted to 3.09 % (3,819,649 voting rights). These voting rights of
3.09 % (3,819,649 voting rights) were attributable to Select Equity GP, LLC
according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG.

2. On 02 July 2015 Select Equity Group, L.P., Wilmington, Delaware, USA has
notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 30 June 2015 its voting
rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the threshold of
3% and amounted to 3.09 % (3,819,649 voting rights). These voting rights of
3.09% (3,819,649 voting rights) are attributable to Select Equity Group,
L.P., according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 WpHG.

3. On 02 July 2015 George Loening, USA has notified us pursuant to sec 21
para. 1 WpHG that on 30 June 2015 its voting rights in Wirecard AG,
Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.09
% (3,819,649 voting rights). Of these voting rights 3.09 % (3,819,649
voting rights) were attributable to George Loening according to article 22,
paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
Furthermore 0.70 % (869,279 voting rights) of these voting rights were also
attributable to George Loening according to article 22, paragraph 1,
sentence 1, number 1 WpHG.
