Company group ALITA, AB (hereinafter referred as Company) informs that on 7th July 2015 the Company has submitted a request re removal of the Company’s shares from AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange secondary list, since both the Company and the Company’s shareholder UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” (legal entity code 121702328) have performed all the procedures established by legal acts related to the execution of a decision to remove the Company’s shares from stock exchange secondary list and to suspend public offer of Company’s shares adopted by ordinary general meeting of shareholders on 22 April 2015.
UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” owns 99,46 of the Company’s authorized capital and votes’ share (or 19 892 613 ordinary Company’s shares). 0,54 percent of the Company’s authorized capital and votes’ share (or 107 387 ordinary shares of the Company) are owned by other shareholders of the Company.
