States of America, have fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold of the voting
rights on Powerland AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany. On that day, voting rights
amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights).
Before falling below the 5% and 3% threshold, voting rights were
attributable to The Capital Group Companies, Inc. according to Article 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with Article 22 Section 1
Sentence 2 and 3 WpHG.
2. On June 30, 2015, Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles,
United States of America, have fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold of the
voting rights on Powerland AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany. On that day, voting
rights amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights).
Before falling below the 5% and 3% threshold, voting rights were
attributable to Capital Research and Management Company according to
Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6.
