On June 25, 2015 JSC “VEF Radiotehnika RRR” has received notification from Armands Maļejevs about acquisition of direct participation on shareholding (see attached).
According to this notification Armands Maļejevs has acquired a direct significant shareholding in JSC „VEF Radiotehnika RRR”, by purchasing 264 519 shares, which constitutes 10.38% of JSC “VEF Radiotehnika RRR” total capital.
