Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Royal Unibrew A/S hereby announces that it has received information from BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, 12 Throgmorton Avenue, London EC2N 2DL, UK that BlackRock, Inc. has increased its holding of shares in Royal Unibrew A/S.
BlackRock, Inc. holds hereafter 2,792,014 shares with a nominal value of DKK 2 equivalent to 5.03% of Royal Unibrew’s share capital and votes.
