according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on zooplus AG, München, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on July 2, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.07%
(214,312 Voting Rights).

3.07% of Voting Rights (214,312 Voting Rights) are attributed to Mr Ondruch
in accordance with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 2 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act).

2. On July 8, 2015, Mr Christian Vogel-Claussen, United Kingdom, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
his Voting Rights on zooplus AG, München, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 2, 2015 and on that day amounted to
3.07% (214,312 Voting Rights).

3.07% of Voting Rights (214,312 Voting Rights) are attributed to Mr
Vogel-Claussen in accordance with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in
connection with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).
 
3. On July 8, 2015, Astellon Capital Partners LLP, London, United Kingdom,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on zooplus AG, München, Germany, have exceeded the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 2, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 3.07% (214,312 Voting Rights).

3.07% of Voting Rights (214,312 Voting Rights) are attributed to the
company in accordance with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 of the
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
