Updated Letter of Intent From Israeli Defense Systems Manufacturer - Scope Increased to $1,000,000


RISHON LEZION, Israel, July 13, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Ltd. ("BOS" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:BOSC), a leading Israeli provider of RFID and Mobile solutions and a global provider of supply chain solutions to enterprises, announced today that its Supply Chain Division has received an updated Letter of Intent from a leading Israeli manufacturer of defense systems, for kitting services of electronic components. On April 16, 2015, the Company announced a Letter of Intent from this manufacturer for deliverables in the amount of up to $300,000. The updated Letter of Intent provides for an increased scope of up to $1,000,000, with delivery planned for 2015. Formal purchase orders are expected to be issued in the near future.
