Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of July 10, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 3,265,981 shares with a transaction value of DKK 1.043.7 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 6, 2015 and initiated February 2, 2015.
