Medley was most recently chief marketing officer and senior vice president of Enterprise Florida, the state's primary economic development entity. She oversaw its marketing and communications divisions, addressing strategy, positioning and policy aspects of economic development, in the state. Medley led the successful creation and funding of Team Florida, a unique partnership of private sector investors and economic development leaders collaborating to promote Florida as a business location.
Prior to her work in Florida, she was chief marketing officer for the Mississippi Development Authority where she established and led the state's economic development marketing and communications strategy. She also served as the liaison to the governor's office for all economic development public relations activities and events.
Medley is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and is certified in marketing management by the Accreditation Institute of Sales and Marketing Executives International, Inc. She has served on numerous professional, civic and charitable boards.
