Den 30 maj 2014 beslutade NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnotera aktierna i ChronTech Pharma AB (”Bolaget”) med anledning av Bolagets pressmeddelande publicerat den 28 maj 2014.
Den 18 november 2014 publicerade Bolaget en kallelse till extra bolagsstämma med information om att Bolagets styrelse föreslår att Bolaget förbereds för ombildande till fastighetsbolag.
Den 19 juli 2015 publicerade Bolaget ett pressmeddelande med information om att en ny listningsprocess har initierats mot bakgrund av att Bolaget har genomgått en så genomgripande förändring av verksamheten och organisationen att Bolaget framstår som ett nytt bolag. Under listningsprocessen kommer NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att tillfälligt agera som Bolagets Certified Adviser.
Med anledning av ovanstående uppdaterar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB sitt beslut att aktierna i ChronTech Pharma AB (CTEC, ISIN-kod SE0001831017, orderboks-ID 36829) ska observationsnoteras.
On May 30, 2014, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB decided that the shares in ChronTech Pharma AB (the “Company”) were to receive observations status with reference to the press release issued by the Company on May 28, 2014.
On November 18, 2014, the Company issued a notice to attend an extra general meeting with information that the Company’s board of directors proposes that the Company shall be prepared to be transformed to a real estate company.
On July 19, 2015, the Company issued a press release with information that a new listing process has been initiated since the Company has been subject to an extensive change in its business and organization so that the Company upon an overall assessment appears to be an entirely new company. During the listing process, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB will temporarily act as the Company’s Certified Adviser
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided to update its decision that the shares in ChronTech Pharma AB (CTEC, ISIN code SE0001831017, order book ID 36829) shall be given observation status.
