Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of July 17, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 3,404,181 shares with a transaction value of DKK 1.092.1 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 6, 2015 and initiated February 2, 2015.
