MCBC Holdings, Inc. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

(Nasdaq:MCFT), today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 6,071,429 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share. The shares began trading on The Nasdaq Global Market on July 17, 2015 under the symbol "MCFT." The underwriters have also delivered notice that they intend to exercise their option to purchase up to an additional 910,714 shares of common stock from certain selling stockholders.
