The Court of Appeal of Lithuania has upheld the ruling of the Vilnius Regional Court on the termination of
the restructuring proceedings, hence the restructuring proceedings are deemed to have been terminated.
Company, pursuant to the guidelines of restructuring plan approved by general meeting of shareholders on 24 July 2015,
has referred to the Vilnius Regional Court regarding initiating new restructuring proceedings in accordance to the procedure set in the legal acts.
