Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of July 24, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 3,553,881 shares with a transaction value of DKK 1.145.2 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 6, 2015 and initiated February 2, 2015.
