On July 27, 2015, Danske Koncept Restauranter Holding ApS published a press release with information that the public offer to the shareholders and convertible note holders in Nordic Service Partners Holding AB is withdrawn as the condition for the offer’s completion has not been fulfilled.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Nordic Service Partners Holding AB (NSP B, ISIN code SE0000476954, order book ID 51621) shall be removed with effect as of today, July 27, 2015.
