On 28 July 2015 Comgest Global Investors S.A.S., Paris, France has notified
us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 July 2015 its voting rights
in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3 % and
amounted to 3.049 % (3,765,201 voting rights). These voting rights of 3.049
% (3,765,201 voting rights) are attributable to Comgest Global Investors
S.A.S., according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 1 WpHG.
