The Management Board of AB Kauno Energija (hereinafter – the Company) (code – 235014830) approved on 29 July, 2015 non audited set of consolidated and Company’s financial statements, prepared according to international financial reporting standards, as adopted by the European Union of the 1 half of the year 2015.
The result of Company’s activities of the 1 half of the year 2015 according to International accounting standards is profit (before taxes) in amount of EUR 4,781 thousand (1 half of the year 2014 – EUR 1,791 thousand), turnover from sales is EUR 37,473 thousand (1 half of the year 2014 – EUR 46,388 thousand). The result of activities of the Group which consists of AB Kauno Energija and of its subsidiaries UAB Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos (code – 300580563) and UAB Kauno Energija NT (code – 303042623) of the 1 half of the year 2015 is profit (before taxes) in amount of EUR 4,773 thousand (1 half of the year 2014 – EUR 1,798 thousand), turnover from sales is EUR 37,468 thousand (1 half of the year 2014 – EUR 46,383 thousand).
EBITDA of the 1 half of the year 2015 is: Company’s – EUR 8,059 thousand (1 half of the year 2014 – EUR 4,807 thousand), Group’s – EUR 8,060 thousand, (1 half of the year 2014 – EUR 4,822 thousand).
In the year 2015 the Company continues to implement current and plans to implement new investment projects to reduce heat production and acquisition expenditures, to assure reliable heat supplies, to decrease supply losses, and to increase effectiveness of the system of heat supplies.
