JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība” has received notification on 27th July, 2015 and from J. Knipšis about loss of direct participation on shareholding (see attached) and SIA “JL Index” notification about loss of significant indirect shareholding in JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība”(see attached).
According to this notifications and in accordance with previously concluded agreements, which give an indirect participation of 90.87% of JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība" shares, J. Knipšis has lost a indirect significant shareholding in JSC „Saldus mežrūpniecība”, by losing its proportion of voting rights from 19 357 shares, which constitutes 5 % of JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība” total capital.
SIA "JL Index" lost of all its direct participation amount of 19 357 shares.
Also JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība” has received notification on 27th July, 2015 and from SIA “PATA AB” about loss of direct participation on shareholding (see attached).
According to this notification on 21th July, 2015 SIA “PATA AB” has direct participation totaling direct holding 20.88 % of JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība" shares.
